Editorial policy
How PipLoop researches, writes, checks, translates and corrects the articles, guides and pages on this site.
PipLoop publishes guides, articles and product pages about planning, verifying and reviewing trades. This page explains how that content is made and checked.
Who is responsible
Every article names its author. A person at PipLoop reads and approves each page before it is published; nothing goes on the site without that approval.
How content is researched and written
- Topic. We pick a question traders often ask, usually one we see in support or in search data.
- Research. We read the sources first and list them. Product facts come from PipLoop itself: the features in the app, the setup templates and the plan prices.
- Draft. Each page has one original, written in Vietnamese or English. AI tools help with research and drafting; a person edits the result.
- Fact check. Every number comes from PipLoop’s own product data or from a source named on the page. We don’t publish made-up statistics, testimonials or user counts.
- Compliance check. Automated checks reject promises of profit and similar phrases in every language, and every backtest or replay result carries the hypothetical-results notice.
- Review. A person reads the page as a trader would, then approves it.
Other languages
Pages in other languages aren’t translated sentence by sentence from the original. An AI model rewrites each page the way traders in that market actually write, keeping the meaning and the facts and following that language’s own voice and terminology guide. Product names stay the same in every language. A second model then reviews the page independently: it fixes sentences that still read stiffly and checks the meaning against the original. The compliance checks run in that language too. Where we can, a native speaker reviews the page; until then, our records mark it as machine-written.
Dates and updates
Articles and guides show the date they were last reviewed. When a feature changes, we update the pages that describe it.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, use the contact link in the footer. We fix factual errors as soon as they are confirmed and note the change on the page.
What we don’t do
PipLoop is software. We don’t give investment advice, sell signals or promise results, and we never publish paid reviews or ratings.
