PipLoop Affiliate Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-11-06
These terms govern the PipLoop affiliate programme between you (“Affiliate”) and PipLoop. The numbers below come from the programme settings and are current at the date above.
1. Joining
- Apply in the app (Settings → Referral & Partner) and tick the box accepting these terms.
- We review every application and may accept or decline it without giving a reason.
- You must be of legal age and allowed to receive payments where you live.
2. Tiers and commission
| Tier | Commission | How you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 20% of each net payment | Approval |
| Partner | 30% of each net payment | Set by PipLoop, usually from 20 active paid customers |
- Net payment = what the customer actually paid, after discounts, refunds, taxes and payment provider fees.
- Duration (Standard terms; your dashboard shows the terms that apply to you): you earn on a customer’s payments for 12 months from their first payment. After that, that customer’s payments earn no commission.
- Promotion codes: some codes carry their own commission rate, shown in your dashboard.
- Terms lock at attribution: each customer stays on the version of these terms, and the commission terms, that you had accepted when the customer was attributed to you. When we move you to the Partner tier, your existing customers move to the current Partner terms.
3. Attribution
- A customer is yours if they sign up within 90 days of their last click on your link, or if they pay with a promotion code linked to you. The code wins if both exist.
- Where cookie consent is required, attribution by link needs the visitor’s consent; codes still work.
- You cannot refer yourself, your own accounts or accounts you control.
4. Hold, payout and reversals
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
- Payouts:
- are prepared on day 15 of each month, for commissions approved by the end of the previous month;
- start from a balance of $50; smaller balances roll over;
- are paid by PayPal or Wise to the details you provide;
- transfer fees on your side are yours.
- A refunded or charged-back payment reverses its commission. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.
5. How you may promote PipLoop
Do:
- say clearly that you earn a commission (for example “affiliate link”);
- describe PipLoop accurately, using the brand assets we provide;
- show the hypothetical-results notice wherever you show backtest or template numbers.
Do not:
- make income, profit or performance promises, or present backtests and templates as expected results;
- give investment advice in PipLoop’s name, or present PipLoop as a broker, a trading platform, a signal service, or an investment or money manager;
- in content aimed at audiences in Vietnam, promote forex trading platforms or brokers, or call on people to invest;
- spam: unsolicited email or messages, comment flooding;
- bid in paid search on “PipLoop” or its misspellings, or on the MetaTrader, MT5 or TradingView names, or register domains or social handles that contain “PipLoop”;
- post codes on coupon or deal sites without our written approval;
- offer cash or rewards to people for signing up;
- create fake accounts or traffic.
6. Ending the programme
- You can leave at any time.
- We may suspend or end your participation for a breach of these terms, for fraud, or if we close the programme.
- Earned and approved commissions are paid, except those linked to fraud or a breach.
7. General
- You are an independent contractor, and taxes on your earnings are yours.
- We may update these terms. A new version applies to customers attributed to you after you accept it in the app; customers attributed earlier keep the version that applied when they were attributed.
- The Terms of Service apply to your use of PipLoop, including the limitation of liability.
