PipLoop Refund Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-11-06
- Try before you pay. The Free plan lets you try PipLoop before you pay. Please use it to decide.
- Payments are
non-refundable, except:
- a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a failure of PipLoop that we confirm and that prevented you from using the Service, when you tell us within 30 days of the charge;
- where the law of your country, or the buyer terms of our merchant of record, give you a right to a refund;
- What is not refunded: a renewal you forgot to cancel, dissatisfaction with the Service, not using it, and unused time in a paid period, including after you cancel or downgrade.
- Our merchant of record’s policy also applies. Our merchant of record sells the subscriptions, and its own buyer refund policy applies to every purchase in addition to this one.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
- Changing plans: an upgrade applies at once, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, shown before you confirm. A downgrade applies at the next renewal.
- Failed payments: your plan stays active for up to 7 days while the payment is retried, then ends.
- Chargebacks: please contact us before you file a chargeback or payment dispute; we can usually fix a billing problem faster. While a chargeback is open, checkout and plan changes are paused for your account.
- How to ask: write to [email protected] with your account email and the charge. We answer within 5 business days.
